backnetwork outage – if it can go wrong, it will
That old adage “if it can go wrong it will” can be so right. Early yesterday afternoon we lost all the disks on the server hosting backnetwork. Events badly conspired against us and we lost both the database and the nightly backup. I spent last night building a new server and restoring a secondary backup.
Unfortunately, we have lost a small number of profiles and relationship links for which I am really sorry. I would encourage everyone to re-enter this small amount of information that was lost. If your profile was lost you should be able to use your activation code again. If anyone has any problems, please email us info@madgex.com and we will try and resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
I’m sure the d.construct backnetwork will grow in strength over the next few days and become a great resource for us all.
